State Route 34 (Ogden Avenue) runs through Lisle, making for short trips to adjoining towns and villages. State Route 53 provides convenient north/south access.

Commuters, shoppers, and students board METRA trains that run between Aurora and downtown Chicago. Making regular stops at the Lisle Depot, the trains provide convenient, reliable and worry-free rides. Board an express train, scheduled during morning and afternoon commuting hours, and the ride will take about 30 minutes to downtown Chicago.
